do you ever stop in your tracks, struck with awe whilst admiring colors found in nature? yes, i know fall leaves can be lovely and that grass is green, but every once in a while, i’m caught off-guard and become totally focused on colors that make me stop and appreciate.
maybe it’s the practically neon blue tinge of a bluebird’s little feathered face. and sometimes it’s just a tree caught in the most idyllic ray of sunshine.
my grandmother is an artist and i’ve known her over the years to comment on the remarkable hue or color saturation of a particular item – whether it’s a piece of apparel or white snow. and it’s one of the things i most love that we share in common.
