i’ve always been a sucker for gorgeous produce. (stop laughing. yes, produce can be called gorgeous.) i literally stopped in my tracks upon seeing the glory that were these gigantic and tri-colored radishes. they. were. huge! i’ve never seen such a sensational bunch of radishes in all my life.
so … i bought some. but here’s the kicker: as much as i love radishes, i don’t really know how to incorporate them into my cooking; hence, i tend to eat them by the handful. okay, they make it onto the occasional salad, but i’ll admit that i like my veggies straight up.
